5-story, 139,000 SF expansion and alterations of the current cancer facility on the New Brunswick campus of the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital for the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Work included the addition of two floors of clinical space and two floors containing laboratories for the Institute's need for more space to perform research, a cGMP lab, patient treatment, cancer prevention and education programs. In addition, the construction of an 8,000 SF vivarium facility was also included as part of the scope. Alterations involved modifications to the Wellness Clinic Reception area, Unilever Center, Women's Center, and Exam and Recovery areas; and the creation of investigative rooms such as Mammography, Ultrasound, and Stereotactic, all with support rooms.
