Construction of technological infrastructure and roads in the Kleszczów Industrial Area

Between March 2009 and October 2010 Skanska realized an investment in the IV Kleszczów Industrial Area consisting in construction of technical infrastructure and roads in Bogumiłów. Our investor was municipality of Kleszczów in the poviat of Bełchatów.

The investment was realized party on spontaneously wooded areas and partly on woodless wastelands in the vicinity of Bełchatów open cast brown coal mine.

Within 17 months we executed and put into use sewerage, storm rain water and water supply systems, roads, walkways and streets. We also realized power energy infrastructure, street lighting and power supply system, which supplies power to water purification plant, waste water treatment plant  and sanitary and storm waste water intermediate pumping station. The scope of realized works also covered lighting of water intake area. The investment contributed to the development of entrepreneurship and creation of new workplaces in the IV Kleszczów Industrial Area, designed for the future construction of waste recycling plants.
